The Ledger Desk
Where the dictionary grows. Anyone who has passed the licensing exam can propose a word. It stays na (pending) for fourteen nights while people comment, then the Desk rules: ka, into the dictionary with your Earth number credited; kha, struck, with the reason; or sokha, free slang that needs nobody’s approval.

Open for comment
Nothing is open for comment just now. The dictionary began with the words from the book; the Desk adds the readers’ words to them.
Proposing a word gives Tingle Press the right to use it in the language for good, and you are credited by your Earth number wherever it is listed. A person reads every proposal before anyone else sees it.
