What happens here
In the novel, DREAM is the agency that licenses dreamwalkers and keeps watch on every dream. On this site, the Bureau is where you keep your file: the name you sealed in the Code, the Door you chose, your permit and, in time, your licence.
It is free, it is private, and you go at your own pace. Each step below says what it is, how long it takes and where to do it.

Office hours
The Bureau is closed between 22:00 and 07:00, local time, in every world. Applicants are advised to sleep.
Nothing on this site opens, sends or rewards anything between 22:00 and 07:00 your time.
Correspondence
The Bureau does not write to applicants. It has never written to anyone first, and does not intend to start.
We never message you first, and no character ever asks you for money. Anything that does is not from us: please report it through the Bell.
