The brass Back-Door Key

What it is

A dated brass key, 70 mm, on a cotton tag. It is decorative: it is not cut to any lock and is not a key blank.

Gift only. You give the name and address of the person it is for, and it goes to them with a card. It cannot be sent to your own account, because a Back-Door Key is always given, never kept.

A pre-order

Pre-order. Expected to dispatch by Friday 26 February 2027. Your card is saved now and charged only when your item ships. Cancel any time before then.

We email you a few days before we charge. If it will ship more than 30 days after that date, we tell you, and you can still cancel for nothing. We post to the billing address you give with your card.

Gift only

This can only be given. Tell us who it is for; it is posted to them with a card. It cannot go to your own account.

Delivery

A pre-order: posted to the person you are giving it to as soon as it is ready, by the expected date shown.

Outside the UK, your country may charge import duties or taxes when it arrives; the carrier collects them. One delivery charge per order, for its largest item.

We post from London on working days. Orders placed by 12:00 UK time on a working day are posted the next working day, except printed-to-order items, which take the time stated on their page.
